• Engagement, Maternity, Family, or Events: 1–2 weeks
  Sneak peeks are typically delivered within a few days of your session.

How many photos will we receive?

Each collection includes a curated selection of professionally retouched images. The number varies by session type, ensuring every photo delivered meets House of Eleven’s standard of artistry and emotion.

Do you travel outside of New York City?

Yes. House of Eleven is available for weddings, events, and sessions across the United States. We travel nationwide to capture your story wherever it unfolds. Travel fees vary based on location and accommodations.

What if it rains or we need to reschedule?

We understand that weather can be unpredictable. Sessions may be rescheduled once at no additional cost due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, but they will be applied toward your rescheduled date.
